Abstract

Raising laying hens is one of the livestock that can produce high eggs because it does not have incubation properties.  The purpose of this writing is to provide counseling on raising laying hens using the budget from village funds.  The method used is counseling with stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the eval__uation stage. The result of the service is counseling activities in counseling activities carried out in several sessions that were delivered. The first session presented was an introduction to raising laying hens. In the second session, he conveyed the obstacles faced in raising laying hens. In the second session, he conveyed the obstacles faced in raising laying hens. The obstacles faced are low egg productivity; chickens are stressed so that they do not lay eggs regularly, fluctuations in the selling price of eggs; or defects in the eggs.  Session 3 Best practice of raising laying hens. Conclusion Village funds that are usually used for the development of facilities and infrastructure can also be used for the development of village income.
