PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN MIND MAPPING PADA MATERI NEGARA MARITIM DAN AGRARIS KELAS V SD NEGERI PEKUTAN

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of Mind Mapping learning methods to improve learning outcomes on Maritime and Agrarian State materials in 5th grade students of Negeri Pekutan Elementary School District Bayan District Purworejo Regency Central Java.

            This research is Classroom Action Research, The research is implemented in the first semester of school year 2023/2024 in two cycles each cycle there are 2 meetings. The subject of this study is a class V student of Negeri Pekutan Primary School, which has a total of 20 students. Data collection techniques used are eval__uation tests, observations, field records and documentation.

             The results of this study showed that Mind Mapping learning method can improve the learning outcomes of 5th grade students of Negeri Pekutan Elementary School. This is evidenced by data obtained through observation and eval__uation tests. Obsrvations that have been carried out, show good results, this is evidenced by the increase in the presentation at the precycle and each cycle. At the preliminary stage the results of the eval__uation test obtained reached 35% of the students who completed the KKTP, at postest 1 in cycle I it rose with the presentation to 65% of the students completed the KKTP, at the postest 2 in cycle II the presentation of the students rose to 90%. Thus, the achievement of competencies produced with the presentation of 90% of students is fully categorized, exceeding the success indicator with the achievement of classroom competencies reaching more than 80%. The learning outcomes of learners are always improved at each stage so that the application of the Mind Mapping learning method can be said to be successful.
