Peningkatan Daya Saing Lulusan Air Traffic Control (ATC) Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia (PPI) Curug Melalui Pelatihan Human Factor
Abstract
Kompetensi human factor dalam dunia penerbangan sangat vital, sehingga industri penerbangan wajib memenuhinya, lulusan Prodi DIV lalu lintas udara membutuhkan kompetensi tersebut sebelum terjun di industri penerbangan. Tujuan kegaitan Pengabdian Kepada Masyrakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan daya saing alumni Diploma IV Lalu Lintas Udara Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia (PPI) Curug dalam persiapan memasuki industri lapangan kerja. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini melalui pelatihan human factor kepada mitra Ikatan Alumni Curug (IAC) terkhusus alumni Diploma IV Lalu Lintas Udara sebagai pondasi penunjang keselamatan penerbangan di Indonesia. Hasilnya adalah seluruh peserta sejumlah 37 orang mampu menyelesaikan rangkaian pelatihan dengan baik serta memilki pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap dalam pengelolaan human factor sebagai dasar pencapaian keselamatan penerbangan. Rekomendasinya adalah sinergi antara industri penerabangan dengan perguruan tinggi vokasi perlu perlukan untuk membentuk link and match kompetensi sesuai kebutuhan lapangan.
