ANALYZING ERRORS IN WRITING JAVANESE CHARACTERS AT JAVANESE LANGUAGE LEARNING IN THE ELEVENTH GRADE OF SMA NEGERI 4 PURWOKERTO IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2022/2023

Abstract

The aim of this research is to Analyzing Errors in Writing Javanese Characters in Java language learning in class XI Javanese language learning at SMA Negeri 4 Purwokerto for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research was carried out using qualitative descriptive methods. The data used in this research were the results of Javanese character writing carried out by students in class XI at SMA Negeri 4 Purwokerto in the 2022/2023 Academic year by the guidelines of Sriwedari Javanese Character Writing in 1926 and the Provincial Government of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, the Provincial Government of the Regional Level I of Central Java, the Provincial Government of the Regional Level I of East Java in 2002. This research uses a descriptive analysis method, which can explain something that will be researched in Javanese script writing. The results found in this research were errors in writing: a) Writing carakan letters, (b) Writing sandhangan, (c) Writing pairs; (d) Consonant Cluster Markers; (e) Punctuation; and (f) Murda script.
